Barking Dog

Alright mommas I need help with something I'm going to be concerned about, I am 35 /36 week pregnant so baby is coming soon. I live in a mobile home unit and I have 2 neighbors who have dogs (as well as I do) well my neighbors in the unit next to me has a husky who barks all night long and it sucks cause he is in the back and my room is in the back and I can hear him all night long. And when he is not barking all night, my neighbor in front on my unit has 2 dogs and one of them barks all night too I am getting less sleep and I don't know how to let them know that I wouldn't want there dogs waking up the baby when I get home from the hospital. I have 2 dogs as well I have a German mix with pit (boy) and a German mix with husky (girl) my big boy just turned 1 in March and the girl was born on December 28 so she is pretty much a baby still. And my dogs bark but only if someone is in front of our gate or if they see someone at our door. Other than that they stay in the back where they have there spot. It's 12:35am and I stay up hearing the dogs bark until 2am. It's hard to sleep and I have a 4 year old who sleeps withe now cause she can't sleep either due to the sound. (Her room is right in front of the mobile house. What can I do to make sure my neighbors understand nicely to quite there dog at night cause I am also not trying to be a bitch but when I have this baby I don't think I'll be able to handle him crying and the dog barking all night.
