I am almost to my pre pregnancy weight 😃

I started my intermittent fasting and keto combo at the beginning of this month. I was 151 when started as of today I am 140. I am sooo proud of myself, it has been kinda hard not eating bad foods but it is worth it. I have cut out all dairy and processed food and have 1 to 2 meals of veggies. I also workout about 3 to 4x a week. It does pay off ladies.
