Help calming fussy newborn

FTM here. I always change my little girls diaper before I give her a bottle but now whenever I change her diaper she expects a bottle even when it hasn't been that long since her last bottle. She's 2 weeks old and getting 3 ounces every 3 hours. Her pediatrician said this should be okay and not to give her more than that because her tummy is small. Whenever I change her now I have to calm her down if it's not bottle time yet. I feel bad but dont want her to get sick from too much breast milk.
