Episiotomy
I jus had my baby yesterday and doc performed an episiotomy I had a 1st degree tear
It’s painful and sore
I used Frida mom Ice pads/liners/foam but it’s still painful even took pain killer
The pain subsides but is back with a bang
Idk wat to do
