Traveling while pregnant?

Question

Anyone around 29weeks drive for a long time (I’m driving from mass-Florida for our annual vacation). Did everything go okay? Tips, tricks? Did your doctor approve it? If he did where there things you had to do? 
I will be stopping frequently to visit other states on the way.

My doc told me not to travel more than 1.5 hours away from the hospital past 28 weeks.

That’s pretty early, you should be totally fine! I traveled to Hawaii around 33 weeks with my 1st pregnancy, and actually ended up having her at 35+0 😂 Glad we made it back in time! Lol. Since then, my next two were preemies as well, and my most recent was very sick and almost 7 weeks early. So this time, I’m not traveling at all past 30 weeks. But my hospital also has a level 4 NICU, and cares for the smalllllest babies, so I feel very settled there!
