I’m currently 11w and 2 days. I made an apt for a prenatal massage.. I went there for my first pregnancy when I was 36 weeks. And I’m currently here and realized I heard you shouldn’t get a massage when you are in your first trimester. I am now freaking out. I don’t know if I should tell them forget it but I already paid. I called my OB office and the emergency answering service picked up and said it’s ok and that I can go ahead and get the massage as long as I’m not high risk. I’m still uneasy. Did anyone get a massage towards the end of their first trimester?
