Reynauds syndrome...?

Had anyone experienced vasospasms in your nipples when breastfeeding or pumping? What have/are you doing to help it? I get it when I pump, it doesn’t matter what flange size I use, I also feel like I have elastic nipples, so my nipples will swell to whatever size flange I use and rub 😩 (I use coconut oil to help so if I get that suggestion, I’m already on it😉) any advice, tips, insight is welcome.
