Sketchy husband ….washing off his privates before coming home??? 🤢

Husband was gone for 2 days over an argument we had (we live together) . I had my gf watching my kids at the house while doing my overnight shift and he came to the house at 5 am with key and all and as soon as he realized there was people at the house he bolted…my friend and her bf seen what they described as his vehicle with another unknown vehicle (4 door dark blue sedan) that sped off with his, he denies it was him but 3 witnesses said they’d seen him and who is the foreign car???. Why was he at the house at 5 am…my guess is he didn’t see any cars in driveway and thought no one was home…He came back home next day and when we had sex his whole upper body I could taste he was super sweaty, like he’s worked up a pretty good sweat…abs when I got to his private area, he was clean as a whistle…he obviously cleaned his dick and balls before coming home…I’ve been feeling like he’s cheating on me but this sis creaming red flags to me
