Did anyone have sore boobs right after ovulation and still conceive ?

I was told it may not be such a good thing if your boobs hurt so early as it could be a sign of hormone imbalance which means you might not be able to conceive…..

Tender breast are completely normal after ovulation regardless if pregnancy occurs or not. Progesterone rises after ovulation causing the majority of symptoms.

Sore boobs was one of the very first symptoms of pregnancy for me.

With my first, my boobs started hurting soon after ovulation, literally my nipples was so sore! I also had sickness, bloating and constipation. 
Every person is different as this time my boobs have only just started hurting at about 5 weeks

Its normal for breasts to hurt soon after ovulation. That does not indicate a hormonal imbalance. It also does not mean you can't conceive.
