Help me understand ladies

LONG POST ALERT!!

So I have an miscarriage on Feb 28 and the bleeding continued for 5 days..and the spotting lasted for 2 weeks. Fast forward to March 29 my normal period started. And lasted 4 days. But between the time span I’ve been testing and it was still showing positive on pregnancy tests. On march 30 I did a blood test and my level was on 21. Toa pregnancy test and it should showed up negative. Granted I never waited to the test to completely dry. Took another blood test April 7 and it was down to 9 HCG. Took another test and it was negative. My LH surge began on April 15th. And it continue until April 17th. April 18th was the first day my levels started to drop. I BD on the 16th. So fast forward this past Friday I took a pregnancy test with one of my job test (hebnry shein brand). And it showed negative Immediately but something told me to grab the test put the garbage after 15 mins and the 2nd line came back super faint but it was there. So I decided to do another test today(I took another one from my job Lol don’t judge) but I also decided to take and easy @ home test. I uploaded the results. Please help me ladies cause I’m confused to even know if I’m preggo or not. Or if my job test is more sensitive than the easy at home brand. I also have other app and my ovulation day differ in those apps. One app said my ovulation was on the 16th, one said it was the 17th, and the other said the 18th. But I figured either way I was in my fertile window…I need your ladies help and opinions in this!! Sorry for the long story!
