I have a delivery once a week for our regular pantry items and some fruit and then I make a run to get fresh meat/produce once a week. If meat is on sale, I buy a bit and freeze it, but I only meal plan weekly

I only go maybe once every 10 days.  But my husband is who grocery shops and he goes like 3x/week.  And he goes to Costco like 1/week (sometimes a little more). We are bad!! 😬
