Excited but scared

I'm excited but scared I got a positive pregnancy test. I took 3 at home test becuase I couldn't believe it took blood test on Friday and showed that I was 4-5weeks along. I want to do a ultrasound ASAP ill call tomorrow morning to see if I could get in. This been 5 long years of trying I don't want this to be another ectopic pregnancy. I had brown discharge spotting for a week or so feel little cramp but I feel nothing else. What should I do?
