Okay I have a question. I went to the emergency room for cramping yesterday. Their mild but uncomfortable. I had 4 positive test last week. They did blood work and my HCG levels were 421. They did an ultrasound but said they couldn’t see a gestational sac and to go back tomorrow for a repeat ultrasound and blood work and said they weren’t ruling out an ectopic pregnancy. Has anyone dealt with this? If so can you explain to me what your symptoms were and what your HCG levels were. I am utterly terrified at this point.
