My 13 week old daughter is getting this from last 3 weeks. It comes and goes. I don’t know what makes it come. Can anyone please help!

Possible contact dermatitis? She might be sensitive to the detergent you’re using on clothing/blankets/bedsheets since the rash is widespread. You could address this with your pediatrician or even a dermatologist to get to the bottom of it.
