Whats a nice hotel in Las vegas?

Not too expensive either but nice where it has a pool and good breakfast and clean… and a good view?  Me and my husband are going for my 28th birthday in August.. also what can we do there? I never been there before its my 1st time… i want to go to see if theres a mexican place for dancing sala or mexican music and drinking.

I would check with websites like expedia and kayak.com see what deals you can find, please check hotel ratings, anytime I’ve gone to Vegas we’ve always stayed at the MGM, New York New York, they have a pool at the MGM, everybody goes to. You will see more ass and vagina just giving you a heads up Vegas is topless, and no one has an issue with it they’re allowed to walk around topless. And nobody seems to wear underwear. The shorter the dress the better it’s basically I think the logic, there’s also a lot of prostitutes if you see any women at the bar with one hand folded over the other, that’s the sign. As for things to do you can probably get cheap show tickets, comedy shows, they have every kind of Cirque du Soleil, Fremont Street, walking the strip, obviously it’s cheaper to get bottles of water on the strip than it is in the hotel much cheaper as well, if you can find a liquor elsewhere, get drunk in your room if that’s what you wanna do, it’s much cheaper than than￼ obviously in the bars and restaurants, it is Vegas, prices are more expensive, like if you go to New York same thing. You go to a regular town to a TGI Friday’s an order of burgers probably 10 bucks, you go to New York or Vegas, it’s probably gonna be 20 something for that same burger. Alcohol is super expensive, especially the more trendy it is, the giant shooters and things like that you may spend 50 bucks on alcohol for one drink 25 bucks, depends what it is the giant fish bowls and things like that. I prefer to gamble at New York New York, the last time I was there they had a massive layoff at MGM, so none of the Machines were paying, the machines are much better at New York New York, a lot of the hotels are connected so you can walk with a sky bridge between them are obviously can go outside and walk too. The last time I went I think it was a trip that I won through a radio station, it was Lady Gaga floor seats for standing room only in the pit, they paid for hotel, the flight, and gave us 500 in spending cash, had a great time I don’t think we slept the whole time a friend of mine, I knew her from back home and she lives in Vegas she drives Uber So of course she knew all the great spots to go to, they have this diner that we went to it like 3 o’clock in the morning after the after party and everything with Lady Gaga we had a great time I think we didn’t get back to the room until 8 AM, we went to Fremont Street, we went all over the place to the Vegas  sign￼￼. And the time before that I think it was also way come to vacation because we played MGM in Michigan when we go visit my brother, so they sent us a trip, and I think when we went we saw the brad Garrett comedy shows super cheap, they treated us to a few of the Cirque du Soleil shows back then we saw I think it was Beatles love, and we saw it was the other one I can’t remember it’s been many years Lady Gaga trip was right before Covid, we also got the last tickets for the last show for Celine Dion before she left Vegas from her residency from like 18 years that she was there, I didn’t care where the seat was, nosebleed whatever but we literally got the last ticket. I think it was like a $54 ticket wasn’t too bad. But almost everybody has some kind of residency right now in Vegas, tons of shows they don’t have to be topknot shows. Just be prepared to spend more money than normally, they have a lot of those impersonator shows, I think Ballys still does they are impersonator shows pretty cheap they’re called legends, they usually have some kind of Michael Jackson impersonator or whoever it is Elvis etc. But just check hotel rates on those websites that I mentioned and see if you can get a good deal. Obviously in the resorts you’re going to spend more money, a bottle of water may be six dollars versus on the strip you probably can get it for a dollar. Same thing with gifts and souvenirs get them on the strip not in the hotel much more up charge￼￼. ￼And just have fun and be safe. Most people take Uber is it’s so much cheaper than the taxi services. We like the Aria or Treasure Island for the bigger hotels that are cheaper...both often have deals. The Aria is our normal choice. Ballys is great but just a different experience as it doesn't have all the big hotel stuff, but tends to be cheaper. If we splurge and want fancy we do Ceasars palace.
