No nappy poop

My 8 week old baby girl has severe reflux, diagnosed by a nasal scope about a month ago. She doesn't like pooping in her nappy when it is closed but will happily poop when on the changing table and her nappy is open. This has become the norm that we wait at least 10mins for her to poop when we change her nappy after feeds. We find lots of wee in her nappy but very rarely a poop. Has anyone else experienced this? And do you think it is because she is more relaxed without the nappy on so she will happily poop?
