TTC after Nexplanon implant

Had the BC implant in my arm. It was removed the first of December. Been TTC since. My periods are regular now but no such luck which has been devastating. Getting pregnant with my daughter 2 years ago was so easy, we weren’t even trying. I was on the pill at that time and stopped taking it 3 months later, pregnant. Has anyone had the implant in their arm? how long did it take to conceive after having it removed? Per app my ovulation day is tomorrow but we have been active all week trying but I haven’t been using ovulation test just going by the app. I assumed, which I could be wrong, that since my period was regular I would be ovulating. Praying this month is the month 🤞🏼
