16 weeks 6 days heart rate

My baby’s heart rate measured at 147. 10 days ago it was about 161. Is that okay? My mother in law just had to freak me out and say “wow it was 161 last week and did she say that was okay?” I’m so over people stressing me out because I had a miscarriage the first time around 9 weeks and I just wanna make sure everything’s okay.
