Can I have another C-section or after 3 cesections can I give a natural birth?

Absolutely! I’m going for my vba2c when I get pregnant again. I have a supportive homebirth team. The important part is to find out all that statistics for yourself, know your risks and make the decisions yourself and keep looking for a doctor that supports you.

You need to ask doctor.
Yes you can have vaginal birth, but it is most likely risky, and a lot of doctors would highly not reccomend it or don't want to do it.
In my area, it is rare that they allow you to have one vaginally after 2cs.

You absolutely can have a vaginal birth. Theres not much data on the increases of risk in vba2c and vba3c so just be aware of that. I would joing a facebook support group for vbacs and look into your local ICAN chapter if you are in the US. They will usually have resources on supportive doctors and vbac friendly hospitals. The OB i had for my vbac was highly supportive of vba2c and encouraged that it would be an option for me the third time around if my tolac failed! Best of luck to you!
