Pregnant at 38, 2nd baby.

Just found out I am pregnant at 38.
It will be our second child and fully planned.
Took almost a year to get pregnant.
However I am absolutely terrified as I had a chemical pregnancy in July and an early miscarriage in December.
These next 12 weeks are going to drive me insane.
Anyone else in similar position?
