levonelle pill did it work?!

So I took this morning after pill just before ovulation was beginning. A week later I’m getting watery brownish red spotting. Teaspoon in one day. Was thinking early period now it’s stopped. I took ovulation test an came up close to ovulation but not sure if means it’s passed or was delayed. Ran out of tests.

Could it have just delayed it an this spotting is ovulation spotting (as I normally spot around ovulation which why I new I took it round ovulation in connection with my cycle pattern too as I was about to ovulate when I took it.

So has anyone experienced this and could this have been implantation spotting. Confused and concerned.
