Chemical or Miscarriage ?

my last period started march 23rd. so this month a day after my missed period i took a pregnancy test it was a faint positive, took another one couple days later still faint positive, took my last test exactly a week after missed period and it looked even fainter, started cramping and figured i was going to start bleeding soon. (this would be my 2nd time losing a pregnancy) woke up today to spotting. so i’m just curious if i would consider this a miscarriage or chemical or what ? since i never got a BFP.
