Is there any way I can get the smoke smell out of my room?

My room smells like smoke. My room is across from my brothers room and he smokes weed in his room. It doesn’t really smell like weed, but like smoke. I know he uses cigars to smoke it or whatever. I don’t really know. I don’t smoke. I have asthma and right now I can’t breathe because it’s making me cough and it’s just unpleasant. Both of our doors are closed but it’s still coming through. My only window is a skylight that doesn’t open much and it’s raining anyway. I don’t know what to do right now. Please help me!
