TTC for a year and 3 months

Me and my fiancé have been together for 3 years I’m 31 and he is 28. I used birth control for about 7 months it made me Ill. So doctors removed it, so me n fiancé have been having unprotected sex for a year and 3 months now even while I’ve been ovulating like the whole week actually i track it all and I haven’t gotten pregnant once 😩 so now that we talked and it’s time we start a family together I’m nervous that in that year I haven’t gotten pregnant I’m a little nervous… any tips ladies
