I for the last 2/3 weeks I have been in a lot of pain, a lot of symptoms similar to uti/kidney infections but I’ve been on three courses of antibiotics in this time but am still in pain. At times I can’t stand up straight. I’ve had burning in my urethra, even when not going to the toilet. There has been blood in my urine. I’m going to the toilet every 30 ish minute but struggling to pass any urine. When I get the urge to go to the toilet I have to go immediately, I can’t hold it in for even a minute or two. When I go it burns and feels almost like what I can only describe as contractions trying to push it out.

Urine tests from drs have shown no infection but there are high levels of protein present. My wee is throthy and sometimes cloudy. I’ve been really nauseous and unable to really eat. I feel weak and really tired. I am unable to focus even on just watching tv. I am really not well and it’s stopping me from doing anything. I am taking cocodamol (prescribed) but it is not always touching the pain at all. I have passed what might be kidney stones (will post pictures in the comments) and also maybe blood clots in my urine.

I’m hot and really sweaty, keep having hot flushes. I am pretty much bed ridden unable to do any normal activities. The pain does come and go with sometimes I feel slightly better, not in as much pain and other times it gets really bad again. I am feeling so stressed by being unwell and really emotional.

Has anyone gone through similar or know what it might be? Any advice on treatment etc would be much appreciated. Pictures below from what I am passing when urinating.
