Just wondering if anyone has had the same birth experience,

I am 36 weeks and 3 days and have been contracting every 4-5 minutes for a minute since 36 weeks. They are now starting to get closer and more intense, however I don’t think I’m dilated. As of Saturday I am effaced but no dilation. I was told to go home and wait it out. I am EXHAUSTED. I’m feel torn down and just overall done. Has anyone been induced at 37 weeks or had a similar experience? I Have a appointment tomorrow and if I’m not dilated or progressing I’m going to see if they’ll induce me earlier. I have an induction scheduled for May 21st but I don’t think I can wait that long. 🥲
