Am I wrong ?

My birthday is on the 20th of this month I’ll be 22 I really don’t have friends but one. We plan on getting a hotel and going to the club on my birthday. We planned this maybe April. We was going pay 100 each to pay for the hotel. She just told me today that she quit/ got fired from her job. But I mean she kinda put it on herself for not going to work. She texted me today can we reschedule it on the 22 or 23 because her cousin is having a graduation on the 20th and 21ST and she just got invited. Im really feeling some type of way because we plan this for a while. I never go out or anything and I was really excited about finally doing something on my birthday. This same thing happened to me last year saying they wanted to take me out on my birthday but canceled me on the same day. I’m trying my best to understand but I can’t because I had to ask her will she have the money on the 15th and that’s when she said the whole graduation thing. Mind u she knew the bill was due on the 15th when she was there. Am I wrong for being mad at her am I being selfish she a really good friend what should I do on my birthday? I was so excited and was going order a cute dress and ect but now I don’t have anyone to go out wit plus I don’t have a car so I can’t really go anywhere
