Hey girlies, i’m currently not close to starting my period and have already ovulated. Weird way to put this but I have no easier way to say this. my nipples?? ON FIRE. they burn to the touch. i’m not breastfeeding or have a baby. my boobs themselves are not in pain or sore, but my nipples are inflamed and feel like someone put them in a campfire. anyone have any suggestions on what this may be? or how to help them not feel like someone shoved a toothpick in them?
