Depo Provera

I have children of my own i never struggled to concieve i am 33 yrs old until i put this shot in Aug 30 2020 my period came back in June 2021 now its May 2022 had 3 chemicals pregnancies or just my mind playing tricks cause doctor just calls it late period i think this shot gives you infertility i am not able to concieve doctor says my hormones are good and last thing i will do is check with an ultrasound if anything is wrong with my uterus anyone else had achieved to concieve?
