Anyone Else?

9weeks2days and the cramping and back pain is too much. Anyone using a heating pad on their back? Is it ok this early? Idk why the cramping is so severe. I had an ultrasound a few times and baby looks good so far. No bleeding. Pls help for pain relief methods outside of Tylenol.

I use a heating pad after my progesterone shots every night (butt/lower back). I just don’t keep it on too long and don’t put it on full heat

A couple years ago when I was pregnant with my son they said using a heating pad on my back was fine, just not to use it for more than 20 minutes at a time and to not turn it way up. They also said avoid the stomach/abdomen area but hips and back was fine.

I have no idea but I am definitely in the same boat. Haven’t used a heating pad because I’m too scared.
