Essential oils in diffuser?

I know some essential oils aren't safe for pets and even pregnancy. I have a diffuser that I like to use throughout the day but haven't since I found out I'm pregnant.
I have a friend coming over this evening and wanted to diffuse my organic orange essential oil. I was thinking of opening the windows at first while I start the diffuser just in case. 
Does anyone know the safety regarding essential oils?

Diffusing organic orange should be fine. I think it more depends on how heightened your senses are and what you like vs don’t like while pregnant. I know there’s certain oils that aren’t safe for pets but as long as they have a different room to go to or the window is open its okay.
