I fucked up

I’m taking tri sprintec, one of the birth control pills. And I missed two days and remembered on the third day right before I took my pill. So like a dumbass, I forgot what I was supposed to do if I miss two, so I took 3 pills at once. (The two I missed, plus the one I was supposed to take for the day) which I now googled to find out I was supposed to take two when I remembered, then the other two the next to balance it out. Now I’m nauseous, throwing up, diarrhea(sorry tmi) and just sitting on the toilet free bleeding( because I missed the pills, I started spotting, or started another period. Still not 100% sure) I just don’t know what to do at this point. I have work soon and I still feel like shit. And I’m worried about the spotting because I just ended my period 4 days ago.
