Hey some advice please

My LMP was 15th March iv had postive pregnancy test since 8th April and its 3+. Iv had few scans now as I was spotting Scan a week ago didn't show much there was sac and yolk. This Tuesday I had another scan and she could see fetal pole but no pulsation in it which is not unusual but given I should be 7/40 it snot the progression they like. She said it looks like membranes floating which normal means its breaking away but why am I still gets 3+ and very dark pregnancy test surely the levels would have dropped at bit by now. Iv got another scan on Tuesday which will give me all the answers.
