Hands free breast pump

I'm using the Madela pump in Style Advance and it's been awesome for the most part.

Not awesome is I have to replace the parts monthly or I get those awful, painful lumps.

Current set up is at 11 and 3 I go to the conference room with my laptop and work while at the office. Another mama has a hands-free pump & she works by her desk in the receptionist area.

I'm on the fence getting it as I wonder if I'll be able to get enough milk as I do now with the electric pump.

Also, I have larger boobs. Will that affect how a hands-free pump work?

Ps. I also pump for an hour to fully empty my boobs. Will that work without needing the battery?
