New disabled mom

My frist son n last (can't have more kids) n I been ina tuff patch but we're making it thers,with me can't have a job n his disabilities that make him take longer to reach certain Milestones n more so he goes ab 2 or so times every week for physical therapy n I have his insurance that gets us there, sucks I have no family. There toxic.., but I'd really appreciate the help...n ik my son would appreciate it 2. He was born 12-15-2021.i live with a some what friend. N umm...thank you bless you to anyone that could help my son. I just am... Trying to give him the best life ...he deserves. He's been sick to 😔🙏but he's doing ok he's fighting his name is pretzel.
