14 weeks but cramping?

this is my first pregnancy and I'm 14 weeks now. 
I'm still having some mild cramping here and there.. is this normal?

My midwife laughed when I asked that to get as I was cramping she was like “well your uterus is growing to a ridiculous size - cramps are normal” x

Answer

Cramp like feelings can be normal in the second trimester. It could be round ligament pains which can start off as a cramp feeling in the beginning. Your body is about to go through a lot of growth in a short amount of time and your uterus is in the process of moving up. As long as there's no bleeding with the cramping then I'd try not to worry.
