Bleeding at 6 weeks pregnant

I’ve been bleeding since Wednesday morning (2 days) not heavy literally just when I wipe, I went to the EPU yesterday baba was as they should be strong heartbeat and they couldn’t find a cause for the bleeding, any ideas? Anyone else had this and gone onto have a healthy pregnancy? I’m losing my mind🤯😒
