Miscarriaged 😔

Last week we had 3 positive test, and I talked to my doctor, we calculated that I was at 6+5w along and was waiting for the ultrasound, to tell people. Last night I got cramps and started heavy bleeding. This morning the test was negative and my stomach hurts. We had a cry and a cuddle and now we’re getting ready for another try, but damn this is difficult and hard. Can’t even talk to anyone about it, because we agreed to not get everyone’s hopes up.
