Parent choice wipes? Or something else

So, this is what happened this morning and last night. After wiping near thighs and such. This is a parents choice wipe and we’ve been using them for about a week or so and haven’t ever had this before we started using them. So, I’m not sure what’s going on but I obviously have the wipe on my hand when I’m wiping and this is my hand. Orange. WTF I know there’s a recall I literally just now heard it from my friend a few minutes ago but had anyone else had this happen??
