Baby acne right?

Just on face not on body started around 6 weeks she’s 7 now

All three of my babies went through this around 6 weeks. Started as baby acne. Then full face was covered, started to dry up and crust and then would go away. It’s like a fast bout of eczema then goes away and hasn’t come back again. My 8 week old is just clearing up from it. Keep it moisturized and it should go away soon.

My babies face used to look like that, at first and (Pediatrician) thought it was baby acne then we took him in a couple weeks later for a different reason but she said it looked like eczema. I bought the Aveeno baby eczema lotion and his skin cleared up right away, I would ask them to take into consideration I could be eczema?

Awww poor baby. It looks like baby acne, but to be on the safe side check with the pediatrician. My daughter had baby acne, but it wasn’t as bad. What kind of detergent do you use? I washed with tide, it eventually switched to Honest, once i switched detergent her skin cleaned up.
