Potty training

My daughter just turned 2 in January of this year. I’m trying to potty train her because I have a new baby coming and I just can’t stop thinking about the amount of money imma be spending on pull ups AND pampers lol. Plus trying to keep enough wipes for them both. I got her a pot and she will sit on it but she won’t do anything in it. She literally waits until I put her in her panties or pull up to use the bathroom on herself. But get this when she goes on herself she tells me “moma I pooted” lol (she really went #2) I’m so overwhelmed. I just want her to at least pee in the pot but it’s not working. Any advice
