Sudden changes of CM.

Hello lovely mamas, i have some confusion in my mind. We r ttc for 14 months.so there is some little spotting on my 25th day of cycle.. after that my cm was change, thick watery n in excess amount. My symptoms was nipples sore,vomit feeling,lilbit cramps n some dizziness.Tomorrow will be my periods day according to the app. N today my cm sudden change. Normal amount. Still nipple pains n lilbit cramps. So basically i wana ask that still im pregnant or not?? Bcoz there is sudden changes in my cm n symptoms. Plz guide. :( ( Sorry for my bad english)
