Could I be pregnant? HELP!!

Hi ladies, 
So i have a regular cycle of 37 to 39 days. Means i get my periods same date it ended or max 2 days after. Last month my periods ended on (last day of period) 7th April. I didn’t get my periods until today. I Dnt have the signs which i always get before my periods like being super dry and uncomfortable leg pain. Rather i had white discharge, and watery. 
What i am feeling now is a heaving/fuller feeling in my ovaries. Husband discharged inside on the 2nd, 5th and 6th of this month (may). Before that too we had sex every other day but he did not discharge. Could I be pregnant, i really want to have a baby, i have had 2 miscarriages earlier last year. 
Can you be pregnant close to your periods and have these symptoms. Any one had similar experience?? Also i dnt know if its right time to check or when i should check?

If your period was on the 7th of April you are only on cd day 33 today. And you said you have 37 to 39 day cycles. So not late yet. Also are you tracking ovulation? There is always a possibility of pregnancy if you have sex around your ovulation time. You need to be tracking though to make sure you are having sex around the right time. Or you should be having sex at least every other day as soon as bleeding stops from your period until about a week before your predicted period.
