What does this look like?

My 2 yr old woke up from his nap with these bumps all over him. He hasn’t ate anything new. He does have a milk allergy but I’ve only noticed he breaks out when he drinks straight whole milk therefore he’s on soy milk. Usually stuff that has milk in it he’s completely fine with.

But he had woken up with these bumps on him after his nap today. I thought maybe it was poison ivy because we had been playing outside before he went down for a nap but the bumps disappeared after about an hour. There are still some patches but are very small and have seemed to pop up in different places. I will call his doctor in the morning but we have been to the doctors 3 times within the past month with fevers/colds/pink eye. 🙄 this mama is sick and tired of all of it. So if anyone knows what this might be please give me some advice!!

Also we’ve never had bed bugs but I did check just in case and found nothing!
