Sunflower lecithin ?

I know sunflower lecithin can help milk flow so would that potentially bring more milk when I pump? Or should I buy the liquid gold?

Lecithin just helps with clogs I think. It saved me with my first. I battled mastitis through 4 rounds of antibiotics until I started taking lecithin regularly.

No don’t buy sunflower lecithin. Look up aloha nutrition on instagram she just posted about it NOT being good for milk supply

Lecithin doesn’t increase supply, only increases flow / helps prevent clogs. I tried a bunch of the Legendairy stuff and I’m not sure it really helped. Which I hear from a lot of people. Really the best thing you can do is be appropriately hydrated, well fed and pump/nurse every 2-3 hours around the clock. Are you latch feeding or pumping or both?
