Night time sleeping with Newborn Twins?

Question

So question: I’m working on my registry and I’m trying to decide if I should register for another pack n play with bassinet and changing table like I did with my daughter. We still have it but it only has one “bassinet” and & I’m trying to decide do the twins need individual bassinets or can I just put them on the first level of the pack n play. Thoughts?

Another twin mom recommended just buying a new one like this (picture 3), but I have so many other things we’re registering for plus we have to buy a minivan now. 
I’m just not sure if I need to get a new one. What do y’all think?

Technically having them together is not safe but YOU find what’s comfortable for YOU! My friend bought a twin bassinet for her kids and ended up co-sleeping and never using it.

Will then twins be sleeping in the pack and play in your room for a while? I would think beyond the first few weeks it would be better for them to each have their own sleeping space in the upper level of the pack and play. Maybe just get a second simple one without the changing table and extra attachments, but just has the two sleep levels if you can fit two in your bedroom.

My plan is during the day to use the second level for both but at night they will be in their own separate cribs. I have seen people use the pack n play second level for night time as well but I think it’s just a matter of your comfort level.
