What is this? I wonder what’s biting him.

I took my 9 month old to the doctors already he said he has cellulitis on it and he’s on antibiotics already. I’m just wondering what could be biting him he sleeps with us and we don’t get bit whatsoever and we’re rarely outside so I know it’s not mosquitos. It’s just so weird because he’s gotten bit before by insects and they never got like this.

Looks like a spider bite to me. It’s very common for these to get infected and cause a hot red circle around the bite. The infection on the skin is cellulitis.

That is a bug bite. If he is allergic first bites usually are less severe than later ones.
But I am not sure where you live, so can not tell what kind of a bug it might be.
