What toothpaste do you recommend for 20 month old

Currently using hello toddler training tooth paste but I read that I need tooth paste with fluoride? Not sure if I need to change it or not!

Our pediatric dentist said to use a fluoride toothpaste as soon as the teeth come in. You shouldn't use more than the size of a grain of rice. Since we drink filtered tap water that has been treated with fluoride we use training toothpaste during the day and children's toothpaste at night per the dentist. She's 3 now and isn't good with always spitting the toothpaste out. Prior there was no issue due to the size needed. Now she needs a pea-sized amount since she's bigger.

I chose to do fluoride free before age 1. My daughter also got her first tooth at 4.5 months old.
It is recommended to do fluoride toothpaste from the beginning.

It depends on the water source you use. If you use tap water for drinking, check fluoride content and norms. 
For example, our pediatric dentist told us to use fluoride paste only once a week since my son drinks tap water from a municipal source, and it has enough fluoride. 
Check with your dentist! 
We use three types of toothpaste on different days: Jack’n’Jill fluoride free toothpaste, kids Colgate with fluoride, and Apagard Apakid remineralizing toothpaste.

We were using orajel brand and then realized we have an obnoxious amount of travel sized kids toothpaste from dental appts (two kids at least twice per year), so we’re just using that now.

I've always been told to use fluoride tooth paste once they turn one. You use a very tiny amount that being swallowed won't harm them.
