Flange size?

I just learned that I have pretty small nipples. They are 10mm. So based off of that I should be getting a 13mm flange insert, but they don’t make 13mm inserts for a Willow. The smallest size they have is a 15mm. Would I still be okay with a 15mm sized flange?

I don’t know if they would work with the Willow pump but you can get BeauGen cushions on Amazon and they will further reduce the flange size.
