Alternating Fertility meds -Help

Ok ladies hello I Need Advice please I’m so confused Right now my doctor had me on

clomid 3 cycles 50mg

I ovulated! Progesterone checks each month where

11.1, 23.2, 19.9

On my 4th cycle she then changed med to Letrozole 2.5 mg

my progesterone my first cycle on Letrozole was only 6.5

So this round I asked what’s next she suggested we alternate every month from clomid to Letrozole anyone else ever did this before.? am I waisting my time? should I look into <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> or start saving for <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a>.! We are doing everything right.! just not conceiving 😩🤞👶✨

If after 7 rounds We don’t conceive we have to move on to next step what be best any suggestions.

Back story before started taking Fertility meds. I had one miscarriage, one ectopic almost ended in me loosing my left tube. Then had to have tubal adhesion removal back in august. So now we are taking these meds but the texts added she ended in saying the Fertility clinic next .! Should I go straight to it. ???
